Description
The 4K UHD 4:2:0 60Hz 4x4 HDBaseT Matrix Switcher with 3 Receivers from WyreStorm offers transmission of HDMI content up to 4K UHD and HDR content to 35m/115ft, pairing HDBaseT with WyreStorm's powerful cross point HDMI switching chipset. It features a 3 HDBaseT zone outputs with PoH and a single switched HDMI output which can be paired with WyreStorm's HAOC hybrid optical HDMI cables or any extender for transmission via HDBaseT or OM3 fibre, ideal for the modern home or commercial installation.
The MX-0404-KIT has 3 HDBaseT zone outputs with PoH and a single switched HDMI output which can be paired with WyreStorm's HAOC hybrid optical HDMI cables or any extender for transmission via HDBaseT or OM3 fibre. This matrix switch also offers zone audio breakout via S/PDIF, CEC triggering for all connected screens and the A/V mute function enhances the offering for the modern home or commercial installation.
All of this comes in a powerful and yet compact 1U chassis.
Small in price yet big on specification, the 4x4 kit can handle current video content up to 4K/60 4:2:0 covering a majority of current source devices, even supporting 10 bit HDR content at up to 30Hz and multi channel audio. Powerful HDBaseT technology sends IR control and PoH for the included receivers up to 35m/115ft.
With audio functionality to match its video capability, the 4x4 kit has the ability to extract audio signals from the output, following the zone. Working automatically on the signal presence or triggered via the API, this 4x4 kit can send power trigger commands to all compatible connected screens or projectors meaning an integrated autonomous control solution.
Certain applications in the residential, education and commercial markets don't always require a source to be routed through to the output. The 4x4 kit makes it possible to "mute" the video output as well as the audio, meaning that the HDMI signals to the zones can be independently switched off via the API.
