2.3.⁠ ⁠Prepare Your Return: Carefully package the items in their original packaging, along with any accessories and documentation. Ensure the package is secure to prevent damage during transit.

3. Shipping Costs

Please note that while returns are accepted free of charge for the original items, customers are responsible for any return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over a certain value, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

4. Refunds
