Support for ARC is often reserved for premium extender products, however the EX-35-H2-ARC Extender Set from WyreStorm offers just this with a ClassB HDBaseT™ extender with the ability to send 5.1 digital audio back to the transmitter and also send cutting edge 2160p 4:4:4/60 content up to 35m / 115ft.

The WyreStorm Extender Set EX-35-H2-ARC features the VLC chipset (Visually Lossless Compression), meaning ARC is supported as well as the next shift in content technology i.e. 60Hz HDR and 4:4:4 60Hz.

With on demand content forming the new way of watching TV, free the audio from within a SmartTV with the WyreStorm EX-35-H2-ARC HDBaseT™ extender, supporting both True ARC (via HDMI) or optical audio return. HDR content has recently enjoyed an increase in refresh rates and a High frame rate HDR is now available at 60Hz on certain discs and via games consoles like the Xbox One X. The EX-35-H2-ARC, therefore, supports both HDR-10, HLG and Dolby Vision at 30Hz.

Fully featured audio performance doesn't stop at the ability to handle ARC, the transmitter of the EX-35-H2-ARC is more than able to extract 2 channel PCM audio from the source via the 3 pin phoenix port for connection to an audio system.
