RTI's VDS-1x HDMI 4K UHD 18Gbps downscaler is suitable for video distribution deployments with mixed resolution displays.
For example, an installation with a legacy 1080p TV in one room and a 4K HDR TV in another room, and they both need to access the same ultra high definition content. In cases like this, the simple solution is the VDS-1x HDMI® downscaler.
The VDS-1x converts 4K video to 1080p in real time with no latency or tearing.
Engineered to support even the highest resolution UHD content, the downscaler also offers an optical audio output and a low profile design, small enough to fit behind any TV.
This downscaler also offers simple set up using HDMI inputs and outputs and a rotating dial switch for selecting downscale mode.
It is perfect for use with RTI matrix systems and provides easy setup for plug and play installation.
