The MX-0606-PP-POH features a rock solid HDBaseT™ Class B platform to support transmissions of 1080p @ 60Hz 36 bit deep colour video, multi channel digital audio up to 7.1 and 2 way IR control. Each transmission card offers HDMI input, HDBaseT™ with PoH output, IR input and control capabilities. Also, the PP-POH power house offers bi-directional IR, EDID management, as well as 3 methods of control, to connect to leading control systems. Being PoH enabled, power is passed along the cable along with transmissions for receivers to operate without the need for local mains power at display zones. This means greater flexibility is offered as well as and convenience during any installation. It also offers improved energy efficiency compared to a permanent mains connections.

During game time and important events, source switching speed can make or break the experience. WyreStorm's QuickSync technology ensures lightning fast switching of sources to displays, even over a longer cable run.

This Matrix offers a duplicate HDMI output to allow simultaneous connection of a second local 'mirrored' screen, AVR or extender product. The IR In allows control signals to be sent to the sink device and is fully 3D compatible. It also offers frame packing/sequential (Blu-Ray) and Interlaced Stereoscopic (satellite/cable broadcasts)

PoH power passed directly along Cat5e/6 cable up to 70m / 230ft from the MX-0606-PP-POH matrix to all connected PoH enabled display receivers so no additional power is required. Each output can be cascaded up to 7 times for even larger distributions spanning 56 displays covering a transmission distance of up to 3.9km / 2.4miles The modular design enables transmission cards to be quickly and easily replaced or upgraded with faster on-site changes than ever before.

The MX-0606-PP-POH reads and copies EDID from connected devices with additional EDID configuration through customisable DIP switch settings if necessary and has the same robust transmission technology as full HDBaseT™ that is far more resistant to electrostatic interference than conventional distribution.

It is fully compatible with all market leading third party control systems with full integration protocols available for AMX, Control 4, Crestron, Red Eye, Nevo, RTI, Control FX, Savant, Bit Wise, and more. And has a wide range two way discrete IR control between source and display and vice versa (30kHz to 56 kHz frequency). Choose from 5 switching modes: Infrared remote control, front panel buttons, local IR, IR call back and RS-232

The simple switching remote control included, which can be learned into a universal remote handset to allow the control of multiple devices from one handset It conforms to IEEE-568B standards and is a compact 2U size. Additional infrared extension port for longer IR connections are available and this matrix includes mounting brackets, IR receivers, IR transmitters and a remote control handset.
