The James Loudspeaker SA853QT-6 is an in ceiling or in wall Small Aperture speaker. This shallow depth model is suitable for 2 x 6 construction where the standard 9" deep model cannot be accommodated. With a 10" integrated subwoofer and Quadratech Tweeter array module, this speaker delivers fidelity and impact. Available with a white round and square grille or custom colour grille options.

This shallow depth model is suitable for 2 x 6 construction where the standard 9" deep model cannot be accommodated. With a 10" integrated subwoofer and mid and Quadratech tweeter array module, this speaker delivers fidelity and impact. Available with a white round and square grille or custom colour grille options.

This Small Aperture ceiling or in wall speaker features a 8.5" round or 7"x 7" square sound aperture, yet packs a full 3 way system experience for deep bass and wide frequency response. A seamless edge detail keeps the SA853QT-6 looking smart and modern yet discreet. It includes a mini 10" integrated PowerPipe subwoofer, 5.25" midrange and 0.75" dome tweeter in quad array for wide 37Hz to 20kHz response.

Having a real subwoofer allows the system to play at loud levels. The deep bass and high SPL produced causes a second take.

The all aircraft grade aluminium construction and modular design provide long life, easy service and high reliability. The SA853QT-6 is bi-amped and has a small footprint with a 9" depth being best suited for in ceiling mounting.

This model of Small Aperture comes with a 16" stud bay bracket as standard. The 16" stud bay bracket can collapse down to 10" and expand to 16". An optional 24" stud bay bracket can be ordered with a range of 14" to 24". If the 24" bracket is required, please specify at the time of order.

Designed to be installed directly into the sheetrock (plasterboard) of a ceiling. The specially designed mud ring allows you to apply sheetrock mudding material and evenly distribute to fully integrate the sheetrock trim kit.

An ideal solution for any hard material surface, such as marble, wood, metal or any other material where ever the in wall speaker is being installed.

Designed to solve two installation needs. Firstly, when installing a SA model in a dropped ceiling, it is impossible to provide a clean visual cut in the ceiling board. The retrofit kit provides a 3/8" edge to cover the edge of the ceiling board, covering any rough cut issues. This is very similar to a retrofit speaker that has a flange to cover the cut out edge made in sheetrock (plasterboard). Secondly, the retrofit trim kit can be used to cover any errors made in a solid surface cut out where a wood ceiling panel was not cut exactly or there was tear out and the visual would not be appealing.

These Small Aperture in ceiling speakers offer custom power coated coloured grilles. Custom grille colours bring that element of personalisation and uniqueness to your audio system, by matching and co-ordinating with other elements in the room or space.
