Shipping Policy for AV Pros

We provide free 2-3 day tracked shipping on all in-stock items shipped across the UK. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your shipment's progress.

1.2. Express Next Day Shipping:
For faster delivery, we offer an express next day shipping option for a fee of £35 per order. Orders must be placed before 12 PM to qualify for next day delivery. If your order is placed after this time, it will be dispatched the following business day for delivery the next day.

2. Processing Times

•⁠ ⁠Please note that processing times may vary during peak periods or holidays, and we appreciate your understanding.

3. Delivery Times

Terra Prime movie servers store Kaleidescape movies, TV series, and concerts. Kaleidescape movies have lossless audio and reference video, are downloaded asynchronously and then played back from local storage. This enables playback with full fidelity, irrespective of internet connectivity.
Kaleidescape movie files are typically ten times larger than streamer movies, retaining near lossless video and fully lossless audio fidelity from studio masters. By contrast, streaming movie files are heavily compressed to create small movie files that can be streamed over the internet.
Kaleidescape movies are played back on Strato movie players. The Strato V movie player can store about ten downloaded movies. But for greater movie storage capacity and immediate playback of more movies, you can group Strato V with up to four Terra Prime movie servers.
When Strato V is grouped with a Terra Prime movie server, its internal storage is disabled (in favor of more scalable server storage), and the full Kaleidescape user experience is enabled, including the list view and iconic cover shuffle view, which look and work better with larger movie libraries
