James' quad tweeter array, with four 19mm / 0.75" aluminium dome tweeters in a 22.5° offset array offer wide dispersion, high power handling and low distortion to deliver audiophile quality sound where it counts. Combined with two 165mm / 6.5" high output aluminium cone woofers, this speaker has an impressive 94dB sensitivity with bass down to below 65Hz. A multi element network blends the highs and lows into a smooth and wide response.

The sealed cabinet is constructed of aircraft aluminium construction for strength, sonic performance and suitability for outdoor or marine applications. For marine vessel or outdoor applications, please order the JAM-QX630-M marine grade IP65 rated speaker.

A stainless steel grille provides protection to the components, whilst having a subdued visual effect, designed to be as unobtrusive as possible. The grilles attach via grille cups, for simple, quick installation.
