Shipping Policy for AV Pros

We provide free 2-3 day tracked shipping on all in-stock items shipped across the UK. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your shipment's progress.

1.2. Express Next Day Shipping:
For faster delivery, we offer an express next day shipping option for a fee of £35 per order. Orders must be placed before 12 PM to qualify for next day delivery. If your order is placed after this time, it will be dispatched the following business day for delivery the next day.

2. Processing Times

•⁠ ⁠Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
•⁠ ⁠Please note that processing times may vary during peak periods or holidays, and we appreciate your understanding.

3. Delivery Times

•⁠ ⁠Standard Free Shipping: Delivery within 2-3 business days.
•⁠ ⁠Express Shipping: Next business day delivery for orders placed by 12 PM. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

4. Shipping Restrictions

•⁠ ⁠All shipping services are available only within the mainland UK.
•⁠ ⁠Unfortunately, we currently do not offer international shipping or delivery to remote locations or islands.

5. Shipping Costs

•⁠ ⁠Standard Free Tracked Shipping: £0 on all in-stock items across the UK.
•⁠ ⁠Express Next Day Shipping: £35 per order, applicable only when chosen at checkout.

Ruckus' R550 Unleashed access point with the latest Wi-Fi 6 802.11ax technology delivers increased capacity, improved coverage and performance in dense environments. It is a mid range dual band and dual concurrent access point that supports six spatial streams of 2 x 2:2 in 2.4GHz and 5GHz.

The unit supports peak data rates of up to 1200 Mbps and efficiently manages up to 512 clients connections.

Wireless requirements within enterprises are expanding beyond Wi-Fi with BLE, Zigbee and many other non Wi-Fi wireless technologies resulting in creation of network silos. The Ruckus R550-U is equipped to solve these challenges. It has built in IoT radios with onboard BLE and Zigbee capabilities.

In addition, the R550-U is a converged access point that allows customers to seamlessly integrate any new wireless technologies with the pluggable IoT module.

This access point is packed with Ruckus' patented technologies in addition to Wi-Fi 6 features such as OFDMA, MU-MIMO and TWT, meaning the access point is ideal for medium density deployments such as classrooms, residence halls, hallways and office spaces.

Better Mesh Networking reduces expensive cabling and complex mesh configurations by checking a box with SmartMesh wireless meshing technology to dynamically create self forming and self healing mesh networks
Support services beyond Wi-Fi with Ruckus' IoT Suite, Cloudpath security and onboarding software, SPoT Wi-Fi locationing engine and SCI network analytics
