Shipping Policy for AV Pros

At AV Pros, we are committed to providing you with a seamless shopping experience, including fast and efficient shipping. This Shipping Policy outlines the details regarding our shipping options, delivery times, and related information.

1. Shipping Options

We are pleased to offer the following shipping options for all orders placed through our website:

1.1. ⁠Free Tracked Shipping:
We provide free 2-3 day tracked shipping on all in-stock items shipped across the UK. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your shipment's progress.

1.2. Express Next Day Shipping:
For faster delivery, we offer an express next day shipping option for a fee of £35 per order. Orders must be placed before 12 PM to qualify for next day delivery. If your order is placed after this time, it will be dispatched the following business day for delivery the next day.

2. Processing Times

•⁠ ⁠Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
•⁠ ⁠Please note that processing times may vary during peak periods or holidays, and we appreciate your understanding.

3. Delivery Times

•⁠ ⁠Standard Free Shipping: Delivery within 2-3 business days.
•⁠ ⁠Express Shipping: Next business day delivery for orders placed by 12 PM. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

4. Shipping Restrictions

•⁠ ⁠All shipping services are available only within the mainland UK.
•⁠ ⁠Unfortunately, we currently do not offer international shipping or delivery to remote locations or islands.

5. Shipping Costs

•⁠ ⁠Standard Free Tracked Shipping: £0 on all in-stock items across the UK.
•⁠ ⁠Express Next Day Shipping: £35 per order, applicable only when chosen at checkout.

6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with shipping details, including a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor your order's journey until it reaches your door.

7. Lost or Damaged Shipments

SmartZone 144 manages up to 120,000 clients, up to 6,000 Ruckus access points and 1,200 Ruckus switches from a single cluster.

This SmartZone controller is ideal for any mid sized companies who support hyper distributed networks connecting multiple campuses and networks of remote home offices. Using its native hybrid (centralised and distributed) network architecture, a single SZ144 placed within a centralised computer centre can manage up to 6,000 remote sites. And unlike conventional wired and wireless systems that are complex and cumbersome to learn, manage and deploy, the SZ144 is designed to reduce an administrator's workload by streamlining repetitive IT tasks with visual client troubleshooting tools and zero touch discovery, provisioning and policy configuration of new APs and switches.

The SZ144 supports an always on network with intra cluster, inter cluster failover aiding disaster recovery best practices. Featuring multi standards API support, OpenRoaming and network health metrics keep the network flexible.
