Shipping Policy for AV Pros

We provide free 2-3 day tracked shipping on all in-stock items shipped across the UK. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your shipment's progress.

1.2. Express Next Day Shipping:
For faster delivery, we offer an express next day shipping option for a fee of £35 per order. Orders must be placed before 12 PM to qualify for next day delivery. If your order is placed after this time, it will be dispatched the following business day for delivery the next day.

2. Processing Times

•⁠ ⁠Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
•⁠ ⁠Please note that processing times may vary during peak periods or holidays, and we appreciate your understanding.

3. Delivery Times

•⁠ ⁠Standard Free Shipping: Delivery within 2-3 business days.
•⁠ ⁠Express Shipping: Next business day delivery for orders placed by 12 PM. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

4. Shipping Restrictions

•⁠ ⁠Unfortunately, we currently do not offer international shipping or delivery to remote locations or islands.

5. Shipping Costs

•⁠ ⁠Express Next Day Shipping: £35 per order, applicable only when chosen at checkout.

The R550 ZoneFlex access point from Ruckus with the latest Wi-Fi 6 802.11ax technology delivers the ideal combination of increased capacity, improved coverage and affordability in dense environments.

The R550 is a dual band and dual concurrent access point that supports 4 spatial streams of 2x2:2 in 2.4GHz and 5GHz. This unit supports peak data rates of up to 1774 Mbps and efficiently manages up to 512 clients connections.

As wireless requirements within companies are expanding beyond Wi-Fi with BLE, Zigbee and many other non Wi-Fi wireless technologies resulting in creation of network silos, this ZoneFlex access point and Ruckus portfolio provide businesses a unified platform to solve and eliminate network silos. The R550 has built in IoT radios with onboard BLE and Zigbee capabilities, it is also a converged access point that allows customers to seamlessly integrate any new wireless technologies with the pluggable IoT module.

The R550 is packed with Ruckus' patented technologies in addition to Wi-Fi 6 features such as OFDMA, MU-MIMO and TWT and is ideal for medium density deployments such as classrooms, residence halls, hallways and office spaces.
