Sonance Mariner 86 8" Outdoor Speaker, White: PAIR

This award winning Mariner outdoor speaker with a white finish from Sonance features an IP66 rating allowing for this loudspeaker to be used in the most challenging outdoor environments. Tweeters are chambered allowing for a lower crossover frequency, cooler operation and higher power handling and the water impermeable drivers and sealed Kevlar Nomex laminated cone with a Santoprene® surround ensure a consistent and trouble free performance whatever the weather.

Compatible with the Sonance Professional Series PS-60XF full fidelity transformer for 70V and 100V commercial applications, all Sonance's Mariner Speakers conform to Military Spec 810 for humidity, salt spray, temperature and UV and are IP66 rated.

This pair of Mariner 86 speakers have an 8" woofer, can go down to 45Hz and are capable of handling up to 125W.

A 250% increase in woofer excursion allows for significantly decreased distortion at high volumes. Also, a 7.44mm increase in the diameter of the voice coils offers increased output and vented pole pieces decrease heat at the voice coils.

The award winning FastMount® bracket system has been updated to match the new aesthetic of the Mariner loudspeaker to simplify installation and provides up to 180° of pivot. It can also securely lock the speaker into place.

The grille fit has been precision engineered for ease of installation while maintaining grille retention and the innovative front mounted wire terminal connections protect against corrosion for a long service life.
