We provide free 2-3 day tracked shipping on all in-stock items shipped across the UK. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your shipment's progress.

1.2. Express Next Day Shipping:
For faster delivery, we offer an express next day shipping option for a fee of £35 per order. Orders must be placed before 12 PM to qualify for next day delivery. If your order is placed after this time, it will be dispatched the following business day for delivery the next day.

2. Processing Times

•⁠ ⁠Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
•⁠ ⁠Please note that processing times may vary during peak periods or holidays, and we appreciate your understanding.

3. Delivery Times

•⁠ ⁠Standard Free Shipping: Delivery within 2-3 business days.
•⁠ ⁠Express Shipping: Next business day delivery for orders placed by 12 PM. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Streaming sources include all popular streaming services. A client's personal music collection on a local NAS drive or computer can be accessed and fully integrated with lossless audio (FLAC and ALAC) supported. Therefore, you can easily create a favourites playlist with songs, artist and stations from any platform.

Full Spotify integration allows access to all Spotify features such as browsing, personal music library and favourites and Personal Music allows you to listen to music from a local NAS drive or your computer through the RTI Music for instant access to your music collections.

Expand the dynamic range of your music and hear everything when you play your lossless music files, (FLAC and ALAC).

With Apple Airplay, stream Apple Music or have a guest play from their favourite platform on any Apple device and with Multiple Streams, add up to 8 players together to let different people listen to their choice in music.

Music Queue allows Play Now, Play Later or Play Soon and to build a queue of songs in the order you want on the go.
