The VigorSwitch G2540XS 10 Gigabit Fully Managed Switch from DrayTek has 6 10Gb SFP+ ports and 48Gb ports.
This managed switch will prove to be high speed and the 6 SFP+ ports allow your network to use 10Gbps ports to link switches, servers and networked storage with more bandwith. This helps to reduce the risk of bottlenecks ocuring in the network.
It hosts a plethora of management options and enterprise level features to improve network stability and security for businesses. Designed for centralised management, the VigorSwitch G2540xs can be provisioned and monitored through both the VigorACS management platform and/or, a DrayTek Vigor router's Central Switch Management. Easily provision the VLAN configuration through the router and clone switch configurations. Drastically reduce the setup time required for a complex network, with VLANs spanning multiple switches.
The G2540XS can be configured and can moitor the switch through the VigorACS cloud management platform, i.e. DrayTek's Central Switch Management for Vigor routers or directly by the devices; Web Interface.
The VigorSwitch features advanced Layer 2+ routing, allowing expansion of the network with support for Layer 3 benefits such as Static Routes and VLAN routing to connect separate networks. It provides a fast and secure bridge between networks.
It delivers great security features and allows the network to be protected against unauthorised access and network problems with 802.1X port authentication, DHCP snooping, IP Source Guard and Access Control lists. It also monitors and controls the switch's temperature and operating voltage. Email notification alerts integrated for power loss, downtime or configuration chnages.
This switch easily manages connected IP cameras with detection and management of ONVIF cameras. Use aut generated IP camera topography and camera snapshots to detect and troubleshoot problems.
